WMRT Team Hike

The WMRT team hike and parent meeting will take place on Sunday November 8, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.

Team Hike/Parent Meeting

The team hike and parent meeting are a great way to start our season and introduce the team members to their coaches while providing parents with relevant information for the season. Athletes will be broken up into relevant age groiups and join a coach for the hike while parents are invited into the lodge in the Maple Room upsatirs by the restaurant for coffee and a brief description of the program with relevant important information for the season.

 Team Hike: Athletes will go on a hike up the mountain by age group with their coaches. They should meet promptly at 9:00 A.M. please bring water, shoes for hiking, comfortable clothes and a good attitude.

Parent Meeting: Parents will meet in the Maple Conference Room in the Wachusett lodge. This will be a good way to get aquainted or reaquainted with the parents from the team as well as the board of directors. We will go over some club policies as well as important seasonal information.

 Food Truck Festival: Wachusett Mountain hosts their annual Food Truck Festival the same day as our hike. This is a cool event that will be opening right as we complete our hike and meeting. It's a great way to enjoy some preseason time at the mountian.
